The people behind your investments

Joe Singer

FPFS
Fellow & Chartered Financial Adviser

My role at St Barts Finance

I am a Chartered financial planner, who is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) which is the highest accreditation achievable. I help to manage the wealth side of the business at St Barts in addition to advising and have worked for a number of well-respected firms across the South.

I like to ensure my clients’ financial welfare is at the forefront of any advice I provide and I work closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of their circumstances when helping them to achieve their objectives. I have been in the industry for over a decade and have experience across a wide range of fields, such as retirement planning, asset management and estate planning. I bring an analytical and personal approach to my financial planning clients.

Getting to know me

What’s something you’re proud of?
I was one of the youngest in the UK at the time to achieve Chartered Status under the Cii. I also recently won an award for being among the top scoring students in achieving Fellowship status.

Who inspires you?
My parents. They have always provided a huge amount of support and played a significant role in shaping the mindset and work ethic I have. They have helped me to excel in any personal and professional endeavours and I can’t thank them enough.

What talents or hobbies do you have?
I follow a lot of sports but have always been a big football fan and I played at a reasonable standard from a young age. I am also a keen skier and try to go once a year if time allows.

What’s your favourite thing to do on the weekends?
I have recently become a Dad for the first time, so spending time with the family is a priority and I am loving every minute of it! I also love to socialise with friends and family whether that be eating out or just having a few drinks.

“The St Barts team are fantastic and I couldn’t have done it without them!”
